  No contest ~ Chico's is my favorite Mexican restaurant! Located at City Lake in the refurbished Power Plant on the Tar River, it is unique for that alone as far as its location. Once inside, you appreciate its open air floor plan, multi-level seating atmosphere, in that how it is out of the ordinary in more ways than one.
  Everything I have eaten here has been the best quality and taste standards. I usually order the Chicken Picado: Strips of chicken sautéed with bell peppers,
  onions, & tomatoes. {your choice of hot, medium, or mild}, which comes with Refried Beans and Rice. Delicious!
  Every visit you get bottomless complimentary homemade chips and salsa, but I always order guacamole to go with mine... because they have the best guac I have ever tasted!
  Of course, the dessert Chocolate Chimichanga is absolutely tasty and so, so sweet you have to share it!
  I have always had a pleasant dining experience at Chico's ~ the staff has always been professional, courteous, and obliging. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere with reasonable prices.

  Pretty solid. Had pork chops marinated in adobo sauce. They were tasty, kinda over cooked.
